I liked the hotel, the rooms are good, cleaning service is not bad but not that good. However, we encountered a bad attitude from an old waiter working in the restaurant, he was bullying and abusing in Turkish language whenever he see us at the breakfast time. He kept doing this until we spoke to one of the receptionist in his presence! The breakfast food is not good at all..

Great views! I bring all my friends here when they visit Istanbul. Great food and drinks with reasonable prices. Inside of the hotel is historic and would love to stay in one of the rooms one day.
